My own influences are the plain, simple lines as found in Mackintosh, the Arts & Crafts Movement and Shaker furniture. If a farmhouse style table in oak is required, or a contemporary piece in reclaimed sandblasted beams, all projects are taken on.

A natural extension to woodturning and furniture building is the repair and restoration of existing furniture. A spindle may have broken on a chair or a table may need rejointing and repolishing.
To take a piece that may seem beyond repair and restore it to its former glory is a wonderfully satisfying project.
